2. Rockhopper likes to appear on busy servers during busy parts of the day, and seldom servers during seldom parts of the day. Rockhopper stays on each server for 15 minutes, and then switches to another server.

3. Chances are, Rockhopper will be crowded when you find him, so if you can't see him just check the "Users in Room" list.
