Club Penguin EPF Message From Rookie

Today Rookie has sent us a new EPF message on Club Penguin! This is the first EPF message we have recieved since June 26th. Let's see what Rookie had to say.

If you cannot read the image above it says:

"Hey everyone! It's been super duper quiet recently. What's going on? anything new?"

My reply is: "No Rookie, nothing's going on yet. But I'm sure Herbert is planning to destroy the EPF just like he did with the PSA."
